Each service explains typical tasks, our process and relevant quality points. The exact scope is always checked against the property.
We inspect existing pipe routes, connection points and the actual requirements. We then agree on materials, routing, shutoff points and the checks required for the property.
For upgrades or extensions, we review the heat source, distribution, emitters and intended use together. This establishes which work is technically appropriate and which additional trades may be required.
Before replacement, we check connection spacing, available room, wall construction, required heat output and the condition of existing valves. The radiator, brackets and connection set are selected after this review.
We clarify hot water demand, installation location, existing water connections and required energy supply. Electrical and other regulated connections are clearly separated and carried out only by appropriately authorised trades.
For dampness or a suspected pipe fault, we first record visible signs, affected lines and urgency. We then determine whether a local repair is possible or specialist leak detection and drying are required.
For every sanitary fixture, we check connection dimensions, fixing, sealing and existing water and waste pipes. Product data and building conditions are compared before installation.
We first establish the system and maintenance scope. Manufacturer requirements, statutory checks and work reserved for other authorised trades are considered and separated before an order is accepted.
