German trade law notice
The plumbing and heating trade is regulated under Annex A number 24 of the German Trade and Crafts Code. Such work is offered and performed only when the required trade authorisation has been verified. The legally permitted scope is checked for the specific task before an order is accepted.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
